LeanTrak provides full project and program management services for projects and programs we are responsible for. We take a leadership role in the initial development of the project’s scope. A work breakdown structure (WBS) is developed that is unique to each project’s needs for scope and cost tracking and control. Schedules are developed with linked relationships between tasks that allow the ability to forecast how current changes will affect the future completion schedule.
Projects are tracked against the plan, and simple reports are delivered to the client based on their wants and needs. Scope creep is identified and communicated early to ensure agreement amongst the entire project team, prior to moving forward.
